As our services are not currently Medicare rebatable, you do not need a referral to access support.

Trauma-informed, inclusive, and evidence-based counselling. Sessions are tailored to your goals, with a focus on safety, trust, therapeutic connection and choice.

Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Frequency depends on your needs.

Yes, via secure Telehealth from anywhere in Australia, in addition to in-person sessions at Hawthorn East.

Yes, we provide support that meets the unique needs of NDIS participants.

Yes, we are recognised by WorkSafe Victoria as a provider of Counselling Services.

We aim to make counselling accessible and affordable, and rebates may be available for private health insurance members with the appropriate Extras cover. We encourage clients to check their health fund for exact rebate eligibility.

Medibank Private – Extras products that include Mental Health Support can claim a benefit for counselling consultations

Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG) – Includes Police Health Fund, Teachers Union Health, Phoenix Health, CUA Health (Telehealth only), St Luke’s Health, Emergency Services Health, Geelong Medical and Hospital Benefits Association (GMHBA), and HBF
HBF – Counselling services are reimbursable under the Australian Defence Force (ADF) Family Health Program through Navy Health (ARHG)
