Welcome to Reflective Practice

Stepping into the therapy room each day requires holding significant emotional weight for others. As practitioners, we need our own steady, unhurried space away from client expectations where we don't have to perform, mask, or have all the answers.

Our supervision framework is rooted in relational depth, nervous system safety, and developmental support. Whether you are navigating your first few years of practice or managing a mature caseload, we offer flexible supervision pathways to suit your practice, budget, and schedule. To support you at every stage, we offer three distinct options:

  • 1:1 Individual Supervision (ACA Level 1, 2 or 3):

Dedicated, one-on-one clinical support focused entirely on your practice, case load, and professional development.

    Session Time: 1 hour

    Price: $170

  • Foundational Group Cohort (ACA Level 1 Focus):

A supportive, structured group environment for practitioners navigating the early years of practice, building confidence, and cementing clinical foundations.

    Group Numbers: Up to 6

    Session Duration: 2 Hours

Price: $100 (or $540 for full 6-month cohort - meets once per month)

  • Advanced Group Cohort (ACA Level 2 & 3 Focus):

A deep, peer-reflective space for experienced clinicians focusing on complex case dynamics, nuanced relational work, and long-term practitioner sustainability.

    Group Numbers: Up to 6

    Session Duration: 2 Hours

Price: $100 (or $540 for full 6-month cohort — meets once per month)

Why Invest in a 6-Month Cohort?

Meaningful clinical growth doesn't happen in isolation, it happens through sustained relational depth. Committing to a 6-month cohort offers the safety of a consistent, closed group where you don't have to re-explain your background or practice context every session.

Over six unhurried months, you’ll track complex case arcs, build genuine trust with a steady peer group, and integrate developmental frameworks deeply into your day-to-day work. It’s an investment in your clinical longevity, nervous system containment, and long-term practitioner sustainability.
